A look inside

The gratitude jar is a great activity to help children, teens or adults reflect on what makes them feel grateful every day.

To complete the activity you will need: An empty glass or plastic jar. If a physical jar is not available,you can use the printable template jar included in this pack.

Art supplies such as markers, stickers, ribbons, magazine cut outs, glue etc.

Gratitude slips (either blank slips or the slips with prompts included in this pack.

Instructions their jar in whatever way they prefer. They can colour it, add items to it, and write on it. The key here is getting the person to take ownership in creating their gratitude jar. This can be a physical jar or the template included in this
