These terms govern your use of Curious Mind and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Curious Mind is operated by [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under trade licence no. [LICENCE NUMBER], with its registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. You can reach us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

What you are buying

Every product on this site is a digital ebook, delivered as a file download. Nothing is shipped to you physically. After your payment is confirmed, the book appears in your account under My Account → Downloads, and a link is emailed to the address on your order.

You need an account to buy, because your purchases stay attached to it. Reading the free first chapter of any book requires no account.

Your licence to the books

When you buy an ebook you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices. You may keep a personal backup copy. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly, or use the text to train a machine-learning model. Copyright stays with the author or publisher.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card or bank is denominated in another currency, your bank performs the conversion and may add its own fee, which is outside our control.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing country and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. If your download does not appear within a few minutes of a successful payment, email us and we will resolve it.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the store available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change prices, withdraw a title, or update a book’s file at any time. If we withdraw a title you have already bought, it stays in your library.

Liability

Our books are provided for general reading. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of [EMIRATE] have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
